Sentiment Analysis
The Sentiment Analysis feature identifies the most frequently mentioned words in your data and classifies them into positive and negative sentiments. This helps in understanding customer opinions, pain points, and interests. Disclaimer: For a smooth experience, please use the recommended prompts instead of using your customized prompt.
How to Use:
- Select Sentiment from the main menu.
- Click the attachment icon and upload your file in one of the supported formats: .csv or .xls maximum 2MB.
- Choose the column or variable you want to analyze. Select a variable that contains text values longer than 35 characters to avoid errors during sentiment analysis. Variables with text values shorter than 35 characters will not be available for selection. This is because shorter text entries are typically classified as neutral, which may lead to invalid or misleading results.
- Improve accuracy by excluding irrelevant words from the analysis by filling out the Stop Word fields.
- Once uploaded, you can choose a recommended prompt or create your own prompt, then click “Send” and wait for the sentiment analysis to complete.
- The results, including sentiment breakdown and word clouds, will appear on the right-side panel. The sentiment result displays only the top 10 analyses based on the first 10 rows. However, if you download the full report in PDF format, you will have access to the complete sentiment analysis.
- You can enter your question in the “Ask anything from your analysis result” field and submit it if you need more information. This allows you to explore the data further and get the answers you need.
- To download the report, scroll down and click Download PDF Report.
- Your report is now available in PDF format and ready to be shared.
