The Customer Segmentation feature helps you categorize users into personas based on data insights. This allows businesses to identify their target market more effectively. Disclaimer: For a smoother experience, please use the recommended prompts instead of using your customized prompt.

How to Use:

  1. Select Customer Segmentation from the main menu.

  1. Click the attachment icon and upload your file in one of the supported formats: .csv or .xls maximum 2MB.

  1. Once uploaded, you can choose a recommended prompt or create your own prompt, then click “Send” and wait for the segmentation process to complete.

  1. Scroll to the right to view the entire table, or download it for easier access.

To download the analysis result, scroll down and click Download PDF Report.

Your report is now available in PDF format and ready to be shared.

  1. You can enter your question in the “Ask anything from your analysis result” field and submit it if you need more information. This allows you to explore the data further and get the answers you need.
