1. Click **“Choose analysis type”** dropdown in the main menu then select **“Analyze”.**
2. You need a prompt which basically is a question or an instruction to drive the analysis result. Choose one of the Recommended Prompts from the list \*\*\*\*for a quick, expert-driven setup.
3. Or write your own prompt depending on the insights you want to gain from your data by clicking the **“Custom Prompt”** button.
4. If you choose to create your own prompt, click **“+ Add Custom Prompt”**. A pop-up window will appear where you can write your prompt.
5. Click the **“Attach a File”** button to upload one or more files. Supported formats include: \*\*.\*\*pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .ppt, and .csv, with a maximum file size of 2 MB each.
6. Make sure you’ve selected the correct prompt and file, then click **“Run Analysis”** and wait for the system to process your data. The processing time depends on the file size.

8. If you wish to view a full screen of your result analysis, click on **"Result Fullscreen"** at the bottom of the panel to expand the view.

1. Click the **"Try Arif for Free"** button to go to the registration page or visit *app.goarif.co*
2. To create an account, click the **"Sign up"** button.
3. Fill in your name, email, and password in the provided fields, then click register.
4. Check your email for an account verification link and do verification for your email.
If you haven't received the email verification, please check the spam folder or make sure the email address is entered correctly.
5. Click the verification link in your email.
6. Your email has been verified and your ARIF Analytics account is ready to use now.

1. After your account is active, go to Login Page. Enter your registered email and password or log in with your Gmail or Linkedin account for quick login.

7. Improve accuracy by excluding irrelevant words from the analysis by filling out the Stop Word fields then choose the language of your data (English/Bahasa Indonesia).

You will have one team to manage, where you can invite other members to join and collaborate on projects. You can invite your members to join your team and they can leave the projects.
1. Click your account profile at the top-right corner of the screen and choose **"Team"**
2. There are 3 slide bars: Details about your Projects and Members.

You can create a project to share with your team members. It will help you to work together as a team. Only team members of the same project can access and work on the data and result analysis.
1. Click the **"Default team"** dropdown and click on the **"New Project"** button.
2. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter the project title and details, you can add the project logo optionally.
3. Your new project has been successfully created. Now you can start analyzing your data.
# Transcribe Audio/Video

The Transcribe feature converts speech from audio or video files into text automatically, saving you time and effort.
**TIPS: It takes longer to transcribe a video file than an audio one. We advise you to convert your video to audio file for a faster turnaround.**

3. You can also upload an audio or video file by adding a URL from your Google Drive or YouTube.
4. Choose the language of your audio/video file (English or Bahasa Indonesia).
5. Once uploaded, then click **“Run Analysis”** button and wait for the transcription to complete. The processing time depends on the file size.
6. The transcript will appear on the left panel, while the right panel allows you to analyze the transcript content. This allows you to explore the content further and get the answer you need.
7. You can download your transcript by clicking on the small black buttons either in PDF or xlsx format.
8. Here is an example of downloaded transcript in xlsx format.
9. You can click on **"Chat Fullscreen"** at the bottom of the panel to expand the view.
10. You can analyze the content of your transcript by choosing one of the available prompts or typing in your own questions in the input field.
11. If you choose to use one of the recommended prompts, you can view the list in the **"See All"** button and select one of them to be the prompt.
12. Click the green arrow button to run content analysis and you will see the result on your screen.

**You’ll need credits to run an analysis.** Each time you click **Run Analysis**, one credit is used. If you’re out of credits, please purchase more to continue.
1. Click the **"Upgrade plan"** button on the side bar.
2. Select the plan that best suits your needs by clicking the **“Choose Plan”** button on your preferred plan.
3. You can also top up your credits by scrolling through the **Upgrade Plan** page and clicking the **“Top Up Credits”** button for the desired amount.
4. After selecting the plan, proceed to the check out section. If you have a credit voucher, please enter the voucher code to redeem.
